Masala Chai Time
Looks like it's about to get cozy around your place!
Read on for instructions on how to prepare your own Authentic Indian tea.
To make the very most of your new
Masala Chai:

Bring two cups of water and a table spoon of Chai Tea to boil in a small pot. Reduce and simmer for 2 minutes.

Add approximatly 1/3 cup of milk and return to boil gently for two more minutes.

Strain into two cups, sweeten to taste and get cozy.
A Special Blend
The folklore surrounding Chai dates back to between 5000 and 9000 years ago to an ancient royal court – either India or Siam. It was said that the reigning king created the recipe as a healing Ayurvedic beverage. The Chai you will enjoy is a combination of Indian black tea and 7 different spices. Our family's own blend of traditional chai spices.
